Hee-Haw HorseRadish Smashed Potatoes

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Add butter, salt, cracked pepper and dill weed. Whip with an electric mixer. Add mild if mixture is too stiff. Add sour cream and Damn Hot or Double Damn Hot HorseRadish. Top with old cheddar and pre cooked bacon if desired then bake for additional 10 minutes.


6-8 Servings


Ingredients:
6 Medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine
3/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cracked black pepper
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 tsp Dill weed
Old Cheddar if desired
Pre-cooked bacon if desired
