This all time favorite comes from family lore, has been handed down through the ages and lands with me to be shared with you. First up, the strip loin. BBQ it to your liking. Don't forget to season first. Potatoes must be washed. Leave the peel on. Season with salt and pepper and toss with some olive oil. Put on a cookie sheet and bake for awhile at around 400 degrees. Slice the meat, plate the potatoes, dollop your #Hee-HawHorseradish & refill your glass: dinner is served.
