Hee-Haw HorseRadish Garlic-y Green Beans!

Put all ingredients into a microwave safe dish. Cover with lid. Microwave on high for 2-5 minutes. The beans should be slightly crunchy. Let sit. Sprinkle sea salt and cracked black pepper on top as desired. Toss and serve.

Servings 4-6

Ingredients:
1 LB Fresh green beans
3-5 tsp Minced fresh garlic
2-3 tsp Hee-Haw Damn Hot or Double Damn Hot HorseRadish
Butter
2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Add butter, salt, cracked pepper and dill weed. Whip with an electric mixer. Add mild if mixture is too stiff. Add sour cream and Damn Hot or Double Damn Hot HorseRadish. Top with old cheddar and pre cooked bacon if desired then bake for additional 10 minutes.


6-8 Servings


Ingredients:
6 Medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine
3/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Cracked black pepper
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 tsp Dill weed
Old Cheddar if desired
Pre-cooked bacon if desired

Hee-Haw Encrusted Salmon or Halibut Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon or halibut skin-side down in a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Brush lightly with olive oil. Mound shredded hash brown on top of fish, creating a smooth layer. Coat the top evenly with Hee-Haw HorseRadish. Lightly season with salt and cracked black pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until horseradish and potatoes have formed a golden crust.


4-6 Servings

1 1/2 - 2 Lb. Salmon or Halibut filet
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated shredded hash browns
1/2 Cup Hee-Haw Damn Hot or Double Damn Hot HorseRadish
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
